Having a black car in London

After reading a lot of threads on here and seeing various work from the usual suspects regarding detailing and the like I am stumped as to how I am meant to keep a black car looking freshly detailed in London.

I now it on the street and it is constantly covered in dirt and dust.

If I was to get it detailed, it would look brilliant in the first instance but upkeep would be tough as I only have access to a hose etc once every few months - thus the temptation to use a polish car wash.

Any hints greatly received

we detail it ,

you then drive out of london once a month and we carry out a valet package while sipping coffee or tea and i show the more exciting roads back to london on the pc maps to enjoy the trip back .
