Heat and C02 dent removal

Has anyone tried the heat and c02 method of parking dent removal? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kYrCGYniA8

I have a small dink of my drivers door and thought about giving it a try.

Any advice?

Save yourself the hassle and pay a decent dent guy £60-80 to sort it for you.

watched that back a few times with my dent guy , and we have to say its done very well but soooooo funny too

Magnets seem to work well. Might buy myself a little one and give that a go first
