OOI why is there a fashion for using photoshop to blur the image other than the subject? It looks really odd! Far better to use the f-stops to reduce the depth of field.
It's supposed to look like a technique called 'tilt-shift', which looks a bit like that but which is actually different, that is in/is already going out of, fashion at the moment.That Fiat 500 is quite near one of my favourite Indian restaurants, whose owner I once bumped into in Saudi Arabia when he was out there for Hajj.
Bliimey. That caused quite a stir, the photo technique is just a bit of fun. As for packing away for the winter I was going to put a tenner on the fact i would get picked up for that ! i may have overstated that slightly as she does come out occasionally. But driving a classic fiat 500 in the rain/ wind on a dual carriage way in the dark is quite a sobering experience. Trust me.
