Estates That Never Were.....
Discussion
Did I post this before?
This was my racing Vitesse Estate. In the day, a Triumph main dealer sold about twenty Vitesse estates, made from normal Vitesses bought from the factory and Herald estate parts, rebuilt in their workshops. This protracted process made them VERY expensive. None of those, AFAIK had 2.5 Pi engines that at approx (very approx) 150bhp, could have made them micro Grand Touring cars, and IMHO very classy!

To come back to Cadillac wagons for a moment, another member has already posted an example of those created by crafting the rear roof portion and tailgate of an early 70s fullsize Chevrolet wagon onto a Cadillac.
There has however been another kind by a coachbuilding company whose name I'm unable to dig up right now, using materials I can't identify. All I know is that about a dozen have been built. If anyone can fill out the blanks on them, go ahead.

Just got back from a tour of AMG HQ in Affalterbach, where I spotted this.
It's a W140 S Class estate, AMG built, complete with a tuned 7.3L V12, and RHD!
And in the workshop there were two of them!
I wasn't allowed to take photos in the workshop, so I googled these photos on my return home.
And when I found those, I also found this later W220 Estate.
