That would be great, do you know how many cars still exist?

It said in the original advert that only 30 Savages were made, I was wondering if anyone knew how many Escort Eliminators Uren made and whether any of those are still around?
I believe that across all the Cortina's Mk2 to Mk5 there were over a thousand cars converted!

Been quite sometime sinse I've updated, but, I still have this car smile

It languished, undriven, and, outside for quite a few years, for various reasons frown but, it was never going anywhere.

I finally garaged it a couple of years ago, and just recently, spent some money on it.

The photos don't really do it justice, bloody iphone! Ha...

BTW, the bonnet doesn't currently stay shut, needs a little adjustment.

I see everyone was suggesting it was overpriced back in 2011, but it was definitely a worthwhile investment given todays prices.
I stole it for £7k, even back then smile

I love the recent update, I was never a fan of the black over silver, it looks absolutely fantastic now. Hopefully the modern paint will solve the issues with silver fox that I never knew about until this thread.
The black and silver looked great, but, it needed to brought back to its original colour smile

Last I heard, he had an offer of £10k on the table.

I would have been interested in viewing.

Wasn’t it a Weslake tuned engine?

That looks to be a very good buy at that price, recent sales (at auction) have been 31k plus.

It looks tacky with 5hite orange coolant hoses, HT leads & fuel pipe.
Tacky Burton rocker covers with a poorly painted Pinto plastic oil filler.
2 of the K&Ns have a Race Proved badges. Do all 3 or don't bother.
Blue crimp connectors.
I see your point smile

Unfortunately, just like the last owner of my car, some people just have to tinker, have something to do, etc.

I like the bonnet bulge.

I’ve asked for more pics of the car…

Cost me twice the price I paid for the car to get it painted.

I’ve inquired about the red car. It’s an original, well known Savage.
