Ha ha, that's excellent but not only that it really demonstrates how gross those BMW and Audi trucks really are! vomit
they are bloody ridiculous, you have to be a prize cock to drive one lol
Why is that ?
They check at the dealers. If you're not a prize cock, they won't let you buy one.
and its a 100% accurate system as well smile

OK, I know it isn't exactly dwarfed in this case, but I still found the size comparison a bit of a shock.

Considering how big the Bentley is that MINI is enormous - as big as something Ettore Bugatti referee to as a lorry. More indication of the mis-naming of cars produced in Cowley (or is it somewhere in Austria for the Countryman?)
Calling the MINI a MAXI would have been . . . inappropriate to say the least. I'd just ditch this yuk from the BMW programme.

Used to own this. Made Ford KAs look massive. Was entertaining watching my gf at the time attempt to enter and exit gracefully.

Based on the (proper) Mini weren't they? smile
Yeah, it made my MPi Mini Cooper feel massive. I do miss that lil GTM, it was a credit to it's builder who I bought it off. Only car I have ever broke down in and only car iv ever had vandalised frown but it was great fun to drive.

I saw one of the bigger new Fiat 500 models the other day (is it called the 500L?) Although it wasn't next to one, I'm convinced it must be nearly the same size as a first-generation Range Rover.

See my post on page 27. Some guests had one as a rental.

Perhaps this should go in a new thread "Moderns dwarfed by Classics"!

. . . which was my idea after I visited the factory - check the url above.

But it could never be: BMW has the Z4 which is totally in line with the BMW standards.

A handmade car could never be . . . I particulary like the Coupe. Maybe a Chinese enthusiast will take this over.

Probably not, I suspect except in length the new one will be bigger.

A quick Google shows the original Viva was 4.1 metres long. The article states that comparative cars for the new Viva are the Ford Ka (3.6m) and the VW IQ (3.5m). So maybe (don't hold your breath!) we will have a 'Modern dwarfed by Classic'. Could this be a first!
