I took this in 1990 on a trip to France with a couple of friends and our wives.

The Alpine was mine. I remember my mate paid way over the odds to jump the queue for his 964

My sister and some of her girl friends stayed there for a couple of weeks just before covid struck and hired a couple of Fiats to buzz around in, she said it was utter madness every time they went out for a drive!

its no longer in the Dutch RDW registered, must be for many years then.

or it also could be a Portugal registered car? they then had the same sort numbers... strange but true.

Great pic, variety of approaches to sports cars in that era is refreshing looking back.
