I had the car for over two years and it was reliable and fun to drive.
Two years? Well in excess of the normal useful life of an SD1. The new owner is on borrowed time.A white early 3500 was the first car in which I remember being properly travel sick, on the way back from a school football match, so my feelings towards them might be thought to be somewhat skewed, but for balance my first girlfriend's dad also had one and recollections of that are somewhat more pleasant.
They were a bit rubbish when new, but that was 1000 years ago. Nice to see a few still going and the 2600 was the one I liked best tbh. What could have been....*sigh*
Shame the Sprint is going. They are such epic value compared to RS1600's and equally nice to see one been spanked regularly.

Recognising that I need another schlonker like I need a dose of the clap, I was strangely drawn to the idea of the Dolly....... until I looked at the ad and realised that you want exactly 100 times more than I paid for my last Dolly Sprint !!!!
Looks like a good example and seems reasonably priced to me. Good luck finding a decent Sprint for £75.
