Hi there, what is everyone going to do about ULEZ and their modern non-compliant classics?

Will prices fall come August?

Wrap them up until they are 40?

Quite fancied a Corrado, but not if I can't drive it.

The Judicial Review is happening today and lots of demonstrations and grass roots camera removal.

So there is hope.
