Apparently, the male brain is less able to spot shapes like this than the female brain (or is it 'tother way round)

It's getting bloody worse, I have now discovered that I think like a male and a female. Still think they're just beans!

Females have a much better developed corpus callosum enabeling better communication between the two hemispheres. These sort of tests are usually better suited to women.

They also have a very highly developed hypoglossal nerve.

I still think someone should help that poor chap buried in the beans

I can do the cursive writing in weird orientations thing too, though not as fluently as I write normally. Cursive mirror writing too, and reading. I just switch a rotations-and-reflections matrix into circuit. Didn't seem to help me with this though.

Probably hindered you, in fact, looking for a solution more complex than the problem. When you hear hooves, don't go looking for zebras...

But then again i can do wierd things like write backwards with my left hand in proper cursive, capitals, sign my name etc. All at normal handwriting speed with no spelling mistakes. Even write backwards & upside down if I watch what I'm doing.

In fact I can even put a peice of paper each side of me and write down whatever I am told without even looking and have the papers be almost a mirror image of each other and the writing be perfectly ledgeable.

I'm also dyslexic.....

So whats so hard about finding that man?

(I discovered I could do the backwards writing thing after making notes in a meeting with my left hand and then handing them to the project sec to type up. when she handed them back calling them unreadable it took me a few seconds to realise why... you see I also discovered at that point that I can read backwards normal speed too )

Not Maverick1/southpaw are you???

Can some one paintshop on the outline and put me out of my misery?

Odd That - couldn't see him at all - trying too hard? Then came back after 5 minutes and saw him straight away!

What does that mean - my right brain's in holiday mode?

I was about to post the same thing. Stared at it for ages and . Looked away at something else and flicked back and there he was.

I think I must have the right-hand side of Stevie Wonder's brain

OI!!! (I like cars)

No I'm not Maverick1/southpaw (Who is that/they?). Just never had a problem with images/tests like this, but back in school had real problems with dyslexia and basic organisational tasks (which has been linked to dyslexia I beleive).
I guess the mind compensates and develops in other ways, I've always been able to solve things like this (and did pretty well on an IQ test back in college)

I can see those 3d hidden image pictures pretty much the instant I look at them as well. Which upset a mate who bought me a big book of them one christmas, I flicked page by page naming every image in one go, he took about 30 mins to see the very first image.

Thanks.

Don't know if it makes a difference but I was looking for totally the wrong thing. Was trying to make a stickman sort of thing out of the beans.
