Some of the questions are pretty irrelevant to the proper understanding of history in my opinion.

What does it matter what Nelson's body was preserved in and what city Rosa parks made her protest?

None of it matters - and all of it does.

We can live our lives reasonably successfully knowing nothing of history - but we are lesser people for our ignorance.

I had heard of her, and what she did, I did not memorise what city she made her protest in and don't see how it is relevant.

Never was much good at History at school... 6/12

Tried the tests for the other subjects, though, and was much more pleased with my results!

BUT, wasn't Thomas Moore's surname actually spelt More? If so, then the BBC lose points for bad speeling
