the word's been used before - but he's ctnustruck - clearly. He's frightened to lose what he's got as he's probably playing in his own division and is scared to be seen to lose. Either that, or he's suddenly realised he's getting older and the quality gammon's already been bought and the only stuff left on the shelf is slowly turning brown.
I still think we should hear something on the sexual track record of his OH. There is no way a guy should take this sort of flack off a girl unless she was some sort of virgin when they met.
If not, then 'total loser' covers the description of the guy who puts up with this sort of shyte.
OH is laughing all the way to the bank now, as she has proven that 'Flashman' is now totaly under the thumb and will do anything he can to keep OH happy.
Next thing we'll hear is how she has had an affair and he has found out, but forgiven her, because she has promised it'll 'never happen again'!
Sorry if this sounds a bit 'ranty' but I hate hearing about pussywhipped guys being made a mockery of, especially on public forums, ESPECIALLY when their handle is Flashman.
Some harsh stuff being posted now. Some of it is probably deliberate wind-up stuff, but some seems to be bordering on mysogenistic, probably uttered by bitter and twisted men who've been wallet-raped once too often.
Harry - sounds like things are on the mend in her mind, sure you won't let her make too much capital out of this, but no harm in reminding her she's special to you every once in a while...

Ladies, please. Your posts have a quality of bitterness, tinged with warning. I am in the first flush of love, obviously, but this doesn’t mean that my life is over. When it fades, I shall simply follow form and bury her in the back garden with all of the others. It’s the only right and proper thing to do.

Damn. And I was trying so hard to garner a full detailed list of OH's conquests and experiences from age 16 onwards.
