OK....
Some of the LotteryHeads are making a pilgrimage south VERY SOON......
We are going down to Portsmouth on a reccy mission for next years LH Summer BBQ Weekend!!
Anyway…to cut a long story short, we are planning a few beers and a bit of a laugh on the following dates:
12th & 13th August
So ANYONE who fancies meeting up, coming along, or simply driving past us really quickly and shouting “TOSSER!!!!”….is welcome to do so…..

The abvious place if there are going to be plenty of cars would be at the open car park on Sandbanks (they often do classic meets there as well so it's a well used meeting place). It's very busy down here at the moment with holiday makers so that's the main issue anywhere right now - getting into the Car Park itself.
Most (ALL) hotels are fully booked and their car parks full so I think Sandbanks is your best bet at present. It's also right on the beach and there is a restaurant/bar (Cafe Shore) across from it for drinks and food!!!
Anyone else local with a good idea??

We just found NOTHING in Poole - so we are going to plan it at the weekend, ready for an early one next year!!!!
For "plan it" read "get sloshed...mention it once...and not bother going to Poole at all......

The hotel has rooms, and is cheap - £55 per room, I found somewhere that could accomodate quite a few.
But Poole is completely full that weekend, not even a pitch for a tent, so Gorvid really was struggling, hence he yelled for help and I eventually found Portsmouth, as the closest (decent) place with rooms.......
