Please keep this clean as I am genuinly interested in the answers to my below questions.

From a male perspective, I see no issue with strip clubs and no issue with reading/looking at pornography. Some girls (usually the ones you would least expect) think it is revolting/degrading and desperate whilst others (again, the ones you would least expect) have no major issue with it and if shown, would happily look at it and make comment.

Personally, if I was shown a gay magazine - I would look and pass judgment but not snub it and disregard it as anything other than 'each to their own'.

What are your views on the subject ?

p.s. - I don't think it should make a difference whether you do or don't have a partner.

Both stripclubs and porn are there for a purpose, they achieve that purpose!

If whatever you do in your own home harms no one but the participants in that activity then I firmly believe that you should be allowed to participate, view or do exactly what you want without fear of some busy body interfering.

Live and let live seems the fairest way to me.

S&M?

I have no problem with it, provided the material contains willing models/actors and does not fall into the wrong hands.

As long as everyone taking part is there of their own free will then there is no problem whatsoever IMO.

My GF has been to stripclubs with me and we've had a right laugh

I like porn films when watched with a partner, but don't really get off on pics of naked men unless it is someone I am having a relationship with and then I love to have photos to look at.

I have been to a strip club too and found it fascinating - but I did go with other girls and guys for a party.

There were a surprisingly high number of girls with their boyfriends in FYEO when I was last there
They seemed to be enjoying it at least as much as the boys

Blokes are turned on visually so most like a bit of porn. What's the harm in that - its perfectly natural.

Some girls* get paid lots of money to appear in these mags or to whirl around a pole, therefore exploiting the natural reactions of the blokes. Good on them.

I reckon anything goes between consenting adults, whether that involves money or whatever. Each to their own.

I read something in a mag in Bangkok last week which said that girls are the new sex-tourists with the bloke equivalent of girlie bars popping up in Asia.

* Pink PHers should replace girls with whatever

Ann Summers sells a girls night in kit of 3 porn DVD's and a rampant rabbit.

If a high street shop is promoting porn for girls it must be ok...

Mrs TheStag goes mental when she catches me surfing some left hand mouse material on the www. So I don't let her catch me anymore.

re porn I prefer the artier side rather than the hard core hammer and tongs approach, which I find a bit of a turn off.

I have no problem with seeing gay pictures or indeed a couple of lads kissing on the telly as most soap seems to have jumped on the bandwagon, it simply doesn't bother me. Haven't seen any gay hardcore in years, made my skin crawl then and probably would be much better now!

Couple of ladies! now thats a different matter

why do you need the tacit approval of a high street shop chain to decide whether porn is ok or not?

If a girl buys a vibrator she is considered a modern woman who is in touch with her sexual desires and needs.

If a bloke buys a stroke mag he's a perv.

I don't have any problem with strip clubs or porn. As long as no-one's getting hurt or forced into it.

My other half has been to lap dancing clubs and I have no issue with it at all. In fact, I complained the last time because I wanted to go too!
