It's on telly tonight and there's a load of hype about this. Is it worth watching or is it a load of left wing rubbish?

I didn't like Bowling for Columbine, so am I likely to find this worth watching?

Watch the first 40 minutes, the rest is just padding, and make your own mind up.

Not as good as Bowling.. so you probably won't like it. Still, worth watching the first bit for the heartfelt plea by Dubya, for governments to stop Terrr'. Followed by him teeing off to:

"Now watch this drive!"

Most definately.....

But take it with a pinch of salt and keep in mind, that it's extremely baised against Bush.

That doesn't necessarily mean the information is innacurate but it's made out a lot worse than it is.

Still a bit frightening though.

It is absolutely nowhere near as good as Bowling.

The premise is good, however I believe that Moore sullies his findings by making it a personal crusade.

Its almost his half of the Moore V Bush war.

If he had presented the facts in a neutral manner without this huge bias it would be a better film and would have prompted the publics inquisition further than it did...

I would say its definitely worth watching.

As others have said it is very biased and very cleverly edited to get Moores point across but isnt ever party political broadcast?

how the crazy bastard got back in I'll never know.

there are way too many dodgy things about 9/11.

Worthwhile watching. If half of it is true then it gives you an insight into what the ruling elite (goverment and big business) are doing in our name. Watch it!

I say watch it so you can make your mind up, personally I thought it was the poorest piece of gutter sniping leftwing tabloid journalism I've ever seen and I'm no fan of Bush, I think it amateur at best, helped Bush get re-elected at worst.

IMO

Well I watched it - what a load of rubbish. Talk about 'unbalanced', it was embarassingly bad. Anything can be edited to make someone look stupid. To my mind it simply made Michael Moore look like the director of a Party Political Broadcast. The stuff it left out was astonishing, including:

- The fact that Iraq had ignored loads of UN resolutions.
- It mentioned in the "coalition of the willing" all the small countries (Iceland, etc) but didn't mention the bigger ones, like The UK.
- It failed to mention the horrors that Sadam had inflicted on his own people.

All in all, I thought it was an awful movie.

wasnt v balanced etc and yes you can make anyone look stupid with outtakes and silly music but still the links between the bush's and the saudis were rather concerning and the case against war was as strong as ever.

I think that was one part where no clever editing was required.

The man is a corrupt muppet (without any help from MM).
