none of the above...

IMHO it's the ekranoplan, more specifically the 8 jet engined behemoth known as the Caspian Sea Monster

oh

waits for the arguement that it's actually a boat

Well if boats are allowed, can I have one of these?

I'm sure that one day I'll get interested enough to have a go at killing myself!

Not long to wait then

Define "plane"... ekranoplan has wings... doesn't touch the surface when moving... and in the variant shown, was flown by pilots.

Great choices, but I'd also add this to the list:

If the SR-71 had leather seats, champers, smoked salmon and pi**ed off the Americans every time it went past, then I might vote for it, but my tick is next to Concorde

Or possibly the Hurricane. Winning the Battle of Britain and saving the world from Hitler's evil is a pretty damn cool thing to do.

Can I be different and submit;

Sopwith Camel

And
GeeBee racer. Come on, a huge engine in a tiny frame that's so fast it's virtually unflyable just *has* to be cool.....

Both seen and photographed (badly) by little old me in Seattle (displayed near Boeings Field).

If you like planes, go here.

The WWI/WWII displays are fab. So is Concorde.
