Should I believe all the hype of this new TV show and spend 2 hours watch the first couple of shows ? Or, would I be better off doing that huge pile of ironing, all that washing-up and breaking out the Hover and sucking up that spider I squished last night ?

You didn't see the size of this spider ! Plus the fact he frightened the crap out me me when he fell off the curtains, means he had no chance...

Spectacular start.... typical American action drama type stuff with model good looking macho hero leading man saving everyone in sight, e.g. pregnant woman, fat dufus etc.....

Oh, and he's a doctor!

ps. macho hero number 2 has designer stubble and uses a zippo lighter.... it's Marlboro man!

Now lets be honest here, would that engine really run upside down? Okay the combuster is self sustaining but the fuel still needs to atomise correctly which requires big pressure pumps and surely no power = no pumps.

How many ad breaks?... it's worse than F1.

OK, the hero looks like he's pulled already, before he even got to know her name.... then as they introduced themselves, some invisible dinosaur monster thing started stomping through the jungle, so now it's turning into some Lost in Space meets Jurassic Park type of thing.

The plot. And I won't be watching it just in case he takes his clothes off.

I see the trauma of surviving a plane disaster has had absolutely no affect on their penchant for embarassing over-acting.

And what's the deal with the adverts? We get plenty of (proper) US dramas over here (Sopranos, Six Feet Under) but they don't find it necessary to have adverts at every other scene.

Lost? Find out who found it again and take them outside for a good kicking.

It's like a Channel 5 soap with a bigger budget.

Dear oh dear.....

The acting, especially by the girl is so unconvincing.
