Badminton in Bournemouth?

Fancy taking up badminton again. Played a lot whilst I was young but haven't for a few years.

Anyone play regularly? Any recommended clubs I could sign up to? Looking for a group that could remind me of all the rules and get me back into the swing of things.

I believe the place to go is the David Lloyd Centre. I think there are county sessions there and most probably someone who could point you in the right direction.Sorry i can't be more specific but its been a couple of years since i was on the scene

I used to play a lot and have a couple of trophys from my local club
Havent played for 16-17 years now, may look for a local club, could help me lose these pounds
