Given the average time most PH's stay as contributing members by the time they died no-one would remember who they were(with a few exceptions).
You could obtain 'coffin tokens'.
i.e - for every 2000 posts, you get one token. You can be buried in the graveyard only if you'd accrued 5 plus tokens or something like that.
I was thinking about this only this week when I heard about Bob McLaren (cofounder of Circuit Driver). He's a registered member.
There are profiles on here for about 4 or 5 members who have died sadly.
I often wonder if I should put some sort of notice on their profiles.
I won't be opening up a forum or ability to enter unmoderated comment on these profiles ever though as it's too sensitive a subject and too open for abuse by idiots.

At the risk of being insensitive, does anyone die happily?

Quite right Ted, unfortunately there are an awful lot of *****s about.

I dont see why we should have anything more than what Ted has already done, its like your parading them. If anyone wants to see, just look up there profile.
I have to say Tim, without sounding too condescending, thats a very mature and sensible post for someone your age.
Good lad.
