Living in Ealing - woke whole street up

Sky are saying there was an explosion of some kind in St. Albans and there are flames 200ft in the air.

There's two large gas things there - so possibly those???

There is likely to have been planes in the area, but lets just hope they were normal air traffic from / to luton.

the thing is, oil refinerys dont just blow up in the west, do they? could have been a soft target for terrorist attack. They are pissed we are taking their oil? anyhow i just been out and brimmed my tank. If i had told the guy behind the counter i rekon he would have put 10p on the price of a litre.

Chemical plants don't usually either, but Flixborough did, accidents happen. I can see no reason to shout 'terrorism' in a chicken little fashion right now.
