What do you think? A bunch of chartered jets that hop from one exotic locale to another, with lots of partying. Pilots get drunk/hungover and crash...well they only have themselves to blame. And if you keep the routes over water for the most part, you don't have to worry about people underneath either.
They can always broadcast live from the runway and in the air, even, if it's the publicity they want. And we all know that it costs big bucks, so they wouldn't even have to mention it repeatedly when talking about a crashed Lambo or whatever.
