Roll up, roll up but forget your figs.

The Viscount's rule is over, the Hob Knob is dead and I do delare the new Champion to be a McVittes Moment - specifically the fruit and nut one.

Our Tescos are doing a run on them at the moment two boxes for the price of one. Now I'm feeling sick, there's only one box left and they only contain 6 biscuits in the first place.

God's Breath they are good. A bit like the old Picnic bars, but richer.

I can't be doing with fussy biscuits.

Give me a pack of Fox's "Sports" and a hot cuppa any day over these biscuit-come-desserts.

Though, like most things, they don't taste like they used to....

There is something extremely alluring about a slightly moist 'gazza'.

Jeez.... where's me flat cap.... where's Dibanh when you need him (don't answer that),
and Shirley Everyone knows that a Hovis Digestive should be eaten at dusk with a slice of Red Leceister cheese and hence therefore not even in attendance at a fight off over a coffee at afternoon tiffin?

Precisely.....it's the way it leaves crumbs on your top lip in a way no other pastry based product can
