Insuring a Lock-Up Garage?

Just a quick one; I've just purchased a freehold single lockup garage and I need to arrange buildings insurance cover for it.

Anyone got any ideas who to go to? My household broker isn't interested.

Just keep ringing round - someone will want the business. DO you want buildings insurance though or contents? Is it likely to explode, get nuked, fall down etc. ie is it worth it to have building insurance? Is it wood, brick, what?
