Cannot wait, been looking foward to TG for a LONG time.

Gonna get the beers in and have a lads night in me thinks.

I've also thought of a Top Gear drinking game if anyone is interested.

Drink when:

Hamster speaks

Clarkson speaks

May speaks

You see a car

You see a road

Before I returned to Uni I left a tape on top of the TV labelled "Top Gear, BBC2, Sundays!" and wrote "Top Gear starts" on the calendar, and I will be phoning home to remind the family.

That said I'll still walk down to the common room anyway, fingers crossed a load of TG fans will be there so I'll get to watch it with them too. Video is my back-up plan.

I'm dead excited for my impending snow-boarding (head out tomorrow), EXCEPT for this fact - and to make it worse we have no VCR and the Sky Plus didn't get effing fitted last week on the windiest day in the world!!!

I have my own TV but I'm not paying the stupid amount for a TV license for myself.

Plus I've got loads of work to do in the next few weeks, the last thing I need is TV at my beck and call.

JC's Timesonline column on Sunday should be a good start to the day.

The story of Richard Hammond – or Princess Diana as we now like to call him – has become a national obsession. I am so fed up with people asking how he is that I now smile the smile of a bereavement vicar and say: ‘I’m afraid he’s died’ Read Clarkson on the return of Top Gear
