.............reported on pprune as back "outside" after final engine checks, web cams are OFF......is this it?

I know what you mean. Probably not, just based on the number of times it's been said that it's going to and hasn't. Still hopeful though.

For those that don't know XH558 is an Avro Vulcan, and is about to fly again for the first time in 11 years. looks like this

The webcams show it being towed outside?

The live feeds are off, and its showing footage from about 30 mins ago...(10:30am)

To be fair, my memories of seeing the Vulcan suggest that anyone within the surrounding four counties will know when it happens!
