Help please from those slightly more domesticated than myself....
Last night I cooked a spaghetti bolognese
WIth the intention of eating the second installment tonight, because it was still hot when I put it in the casserole dish I left it on the worktop, unfortunately due to being a plonker I left it out on the worktop all last night and all day today...
Question is... am I likely to die if I microwave it now and eat it or will it have some kind of nasty lurgi and be worth chucking away?
Over to culinaryheads - pie/food matters
