Ireland 's worst air disaster occurred early this morning when a small two-seater Cessna plane crashed into a cemetery. Irish search and rescue workers have recovered 1826 bodies so far and expect that number to climb as digging continues into the night.

Nothing but, 34 season's racing and BRDC membership gave me a peculiar sense of humour!
You?

Cooool - a shit joke in the wrong forum.

I'm all for Irish jokes. Corkman, Kerryman, Northsider, Southsider... but it's kind of important that they're funny.

Still, you're a member of the BRDC so that makes it all right.

Have you had your tablets today?

I'd love to be considered to join them!!!

But I'm too much of a maverick oik to be considered.

Perhaps I should be a dodgy person born in Scotland, capable of wheeling and dealing my way to the top, and getting caught cheating a number of times on the way.

And change my name to Tom.

For the record, Ireland's genuine worst air accident involved the crash of Vickers Viscount EI-AOM into the Irish Sea just of Tuskar Rock in 1968. Over 60 people died.

In the early 1950s an Avro Tudor carrying almost 80 rugby fans home from Dublin crashed at Llandow in Wales. That is the worst accident concerning a flight out of Ireland but the aircraft was British registered. Llandow is now better known as a sprint circuit.
