Who has seen a ghost?

Following on from my thread in GG; which came up from the office talking about who has seen a ghost; how many people have seen a ghost or felt something ghost like?

Funny one this. I don't believe in ghosts and would always tend to look at the person who reports the sighting, the explanation never seems far away. Also, as soon as you want to believe in something, you'll see more of it.

But I'm being a bit of a hypocrit because in the old farmhouse we were living in when I was a nipper, my Dad recounted a couple of tales which I don't think he made up and I also awoke one night to see a dark figure standing by my bed. It wasn't anyone in the house.

I'm not saying these were 'ghosts', but I can't explain this stuff either. Never experienced anything like this again and don't want to frankly.
