Mods - I don't know if this is possible but is there anyway my IP addresses can be banned from the site from 08:45 to 17:30 Mon - Fri? This is a serious request by the way.

Regrettably No as much as of an annoyance that you are (only joking)

Don't think a time lock is possible against IP or anything else AFAIK.

Self constraint or a hypnotist is what you require.

You might laugh but we had one PH'er that asked to be put in the Sin bin for a month, we did on that occasion grant his request.

guess it depends if it is for the OP when he is at work and has run into issues with the boss for browsing rather than working or for his kids ? at home logging on as him

if at work, why not browse in lunch time and do what paid to do during work time

Why ban people though?

All a person has to do is either delete all their cookies (if they're too lazy to look for the specific PH one)or delete the Ph one and register again! A ban is just a mild inconvenience really

You should be able to block the website between certain times on your router/firewall. Check your admin control panel.
