Does anyone here work on CAD? I'd like a drawing knocking up if it's possible. It's not for me, it's to make the dims available to others for getting wishbone bushes out of a TIV.
Now the finished article looks like this:

However my sketch is a little, well fag packety

The only dimension I'm unsure of is the length of the chamfer. It's definitely 45 degrees and about 9.5 mm but I've currently misplaced the darn thing so I can't measure it accurately
If it's possible could it also be exported to a web viewable format so people can use it

I'll see what I can do.
what's your line of business? I might ask for a favour one day.
IT... Always happy to return a favour with a favour what's your line of business? I might ask for a favour one day.

There's no chamfer on the left, just a .1 rebate to locate the "Top Hat" so it doesn't slip under load.
Marvellous
Could I be cheeky and ask for a couple of changes.
First, could you change the 10mm dimension to 10.5, it's M10 clearance for a threaded rod.
Second, the 45 degree chamfer is approx 10 mm which gives a flat face to butt up to the actual wishbone as opposed to a point eg.
50 mm OD - 27.1 ID -2X 10MM chamfer = 2.9mm /2 =1.45mm thrust face.
I'll PM you so you've got my e-mail addy.
Thanks very much, I really appreciate it. I'll have to go and write up how it's used now
