112k, I think it's only the T7 ones that suffer sludging. Something to do with a breather iirc...It's just had all the fluids done as soon as I got home. Everything replaced with Millers oils including the gearbox oil. I know the B234 in my 9000 doesn't suffer from the sludging issue and it's 98% the same engine.

My Aero the day I bought it, spent a lot rectifying things recently, so treated it to an Abbott ECU upgrade not too long ago. Very accomplished on the 420 mile round trip!

Just had my wheels refurb'd in a black chrome style which look better in the flesh than on a crappy phone photo. Shame the car is not manky after having covered a thousand miles over the last 3 days.

Had a go at detailing my rather tired paint with a mate whose a bit of a detailing freak.

This is after one days work with quick detailer and the 3 stage meguiars paint cleaner, polish and caranauba wax.

Used some megs tyre gel for good measure too.

Is that scarabe green? Hard to see on my phone. My dad had an early CSE 2.3T in that colour with the higher gearing and it flew!

Nice car, seriously low miles too!

Yup it's a scarabe green with black leather interior. Certainly quick enough for me!

2 banks of vdo gauges in the dash but otherwise it's very original.

That looks great - look after it! I have developed a bit of a soft spot for my 2.3T winter shed. It's got a dodgy gearbox and bits of rust but it just keeps going, very comfortable and with a decent turn of speed too!

Nice - 16v turbo. What's the spec? Any problems? Have you had a good rummage for rust? Looking forward to getting mine out of the garage smile

1991, red ECU, 2 owners, 85k. Just out of 10 years dry storage.
New brake pipes, radiator, tyres, battery & MOT.
Should be a nice old classic with a bit of work!

Nice! Keep us updated...

I'm waiting patiently for something nice to pop up. No rush to change to just biding my time. Almost got the Stg 3 9-5 saloon that was for sale on UKSaabs a while but it was withdrawn from sale frown

Sorry for the crap quality pictures.

This is my 1988 Ti16 Turbo, recently had a new turbo, radiator, intercooler, performance air-filter, cold air induction kit and full Maptun performance exhaust.

It goes, and sounds, incredible. biggrin

Toying with selling, but also toying with having it decked out in full 1980s rally livery hehe
