Just had a great encounter with a 4.5 Chimp, cool driver was obviously out for a quick run. Must live near Kingston I think as that was the turn off he took. REG Y88R or something.

I followed the roaring, popping beast evil for quite a few miles and I would say she was in fine fettle. Difficult to know what sort of BHP some of these TVR's put out as they do vary a lot from what I have read on the forums.

This one must have been well looked after because he kind of left me a bit in his dust lol, not that badly considering though I was giving a few BHP and KG prob) still it wasn't a race as I don't really dig that but I'm more than happy just to be towed along. driving listening to that great V8 sound track.

One day when I have the cash to run one, Cerbera here I come. I have test driven a 5 ltr Chimp a couple of years ago and boy did they baby pull, much to annoyance of the dealer I'm sure as after I told him I couldn't afford it, , Still it was worth it,hehe.

Long live TVR, let's hope the Russian dude can breath some new life into the cars. where ever they are built thumbup

My first spotted and i've been mistaken for a Chimp!!! Its a 4.5 Cerb - I guess you couldn't get close enough to my rear badge hehe (and i'd just got a new one as well www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?p=1&f=6&t=320443&h=0

its putting out 402bhp at the mo (although hoping to up that a bit with a few mods!)
I thought you weren't that far behind Hoonfest - the sun was pretty blinding on the way out of London wasn't it

Purple Chimp?! Maybe you wanna call the RSPCA. If it was a 'Chim/Chimaera' though
