Standed Sag on M11

Who was the Gunmetal Sag parked on the hard soulder heading South on the M11 tonight at about 5.30pm? Engine cover was off, rear hatch open (I was heading North). Came back around 10 mins later heading South as I'd taken the wrong junction for Stansted but he'd gone, guessing the problem was sorted?
