CHAV car??? vx220??? You miss the point dude, a chav car must be any shed (preferably nova if you really want to do it properly) done up with anything from halfords (phat exhausts, cheap allys, subwoooofers... ) and the standard (unsprayed) bodykit stuck on with gripfill! I think the best one i saw was a beige 80's metro painted with red/white strips in a proper burberry styleeee!!
