What are you doing on VX forums? Trolling?
Or are you going over to the dark side?
There was something I wanted to say about his memory lapse, but i have forgotten what it was.

On a lighter note though.... what a dufus the fella in the original story is... he was probably daydreaming about owning a real Lotus one day

I would like to post something derogatory but I have done some daft things myself.
The older I get the worse they are.

I think they are fondly known as "senior moments". We all have them, even at 30!

I did this once when I was drunk!

Left the car at the pub, came home in a taxi, car wasn't on the driveway!

I then proceeded to ask all my neighbours (who were appalled at the dribbling mess that I was in) if they'd seen anything. I then went on to call the police and report it stolen.

A couple of hours later I called the police again as they'd not bothered to come round despite initial promises that they'd be there within the hour. I was very abusive to the lady that answered the phone and she promised they would be with me shortly!

Another couple of hours later and I'd sobered up. I then suddenly remembered where the car was and had to make the most grovelling apology of my life to the lady I'd torn a strip off earlier.

I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life!

Basically guy posts up his VX has been stolen out of his garage, but he still has all the car keys and garage keys.

Cue a few sympathetic posts, people searchingfor dodgy VX stuff on eBay.

7 hours after original post, guy posts again to say actually, he left it at the tennis club and drove his other halfs car home. Oops.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone on here, 'forgot' to drive their elise/exige back home?

I like the fact that they pointed out that no Vx220's had ever been reported stolen.

Maybe someone should manufacture a vx220 shell to go over cars at night to prevent theft.
