Having had the car supercharged, I'm now looking at revising the suspension to cope with the additional power.

There are a number of options to follow, revise the springs to say 375/450lbs and retain the dampers, go for an off the shelf damper and spring package, say Leda or Nitron, for something more bespoke in terms of matching and tuning dampers to the appropriate spring to accomodate the particular kind of driving and style of driving I do, or fitting the S2 set up (I think this has been done for with a S1).

Driving is mostly 'fast road' A and B roads with 3 or 4 track days thrown in, not as many as I would like to do, but time pressures dictate that I cannot get out on track as much as I would like.

The S2 set up, i.e. a harder spring and softer damper would seem to offer the compromise I am looking for, especially as my car squats down and lifts the front end more so than before given the additional power and torque. I was impressed by the S2 setup which seemed to keep the wheel that much more in contact with the ground at any point in time than the S1 standard fair.

A softer rear end would help in keeping the power down, so it maybe that I need to optimise the front end i.e. keep the front down and get around the feel of the car where the front end feels lighter than it did before under hard acceleration, but not sure how to get the set up I desire (may also be to with a little more weight over the rear).

Any help, especially from the Elise racers would be appreciated. Oh and I also have front splitter on the way to help with the negative downforce to help with the front end lift. This seems to come into play at above 80mph.

Thanks
