internet purchase?
Discussion
has anybody had any dealings with internet companies for the purchase of an elise. I took the plunge some 6 weeks ago now for a 111r. Cannot wait, but my impatience is getting the better of me, and I am thinking all manner of bad things might have happened to my deposit!!!!Good or bad vibes on "Micronet showroom" urgently needed to calm me down!!!!!!

I bought mine form Drive the deal. Lead time from new was about 10 weeks. Saved around £2k on total cost of the car. Picked it up from Strattons in Norfolk. All went very smoothly. My mum even gets a bottle of champers for reccomeding me - I put her onto them in reality, but she bought her Micra first with similar smooth proces.

I think we looked at them, but in the end went with a dealer for peace of mind and the fact that we part exed the Tiv.

All these companies do is agree terms with a dealer, and skim a bit off the top as their profit.
Dealers get no better terms from Lotus selling via them, than selling to you direct
