Hi folks,

I have a Snooper Indago GPS which is very good but I would like to add the ability to warn me if I drift over any speed limits, not just where scameras are placed.

My neighbour (retired super cop) has a Navman which does this but he finds it a nuisance: "like my wife nagging me" but I think it would be very useful.

Anyone know which other GPS units have this facility and if it can be added to the Snooper? I am still waiting for a reply from Snooper Tech support.

Cheers

not too sure but i cant help on with symbian if you have a suitable phone?

There is a dedicated app for tracking your speed and it plays alarms when you go over, you can set the alarms at any speed you wish.

copilot,mcguider/drive have warnings but these are phone navigation products, not sure if they do other versions.

Tom Tom One XL does it. You can set it to warn when you exceed the speed limit and/or when you exceed a set speed chosen by yourself.

Wonder why Snooper Indago appears not to do it? Still waiting to hear from Tech Support
