Thought I'd add a couple of shots of mine after a quick wash, the colour wasn't my first choice but looks ace when clean.

Mk 1 S60 still looks fabulous even with the design now been 12 years old.

Styling wise the new S60 just isn't at the races in comparison.

Still?

I'll be honest - I've had the bumper trims, front and back, off and resprayed them in satin black recently so they look extra nice. The door trims however, are just boot polish and megs tyre gel still.

that's the best colour for an 850, had a GLT in that colour, loved it.

Now own four Volvos (was five a few weeks ago!).

Decided to pick up an 850 as I had never had one.2.5 non-turbo.Lots of history and extremely clean all round for not much money.
It's around 170 bhp apparently.

Then, as it was a bargain and had run out of tax + needs tyres, we picked up this 190 bhp S70 manual turbo for £220! It's stored in a mates garage at the moment so I haven't had a chance to clean it.Loads of history with this one aswell.Nice smile

Took the car in to the local garage because the brakes felt a bit dodgy, but that actually turned out to be the rears totally shot and 3 callipers needing replacing. Sigh. After some thought I decided I like the car so much it was worth the expenditure, and found a guy in Redruth who did it for a more reasonable price. Didn't take him long, and although the weather was foul and the car filthy, I decided to head further into darkest Cornwall

Then I ran out of road
