Some of my collection -
Lots of those are gone and sold (or lost, somehow I lost the Civic?!) and these are some of my current projects -
My Baby; TA03R-S carbon conversion, 911 GT2 shell. Going to be pale blue like the original road versions.
My CC01, brought this back out of storage and had it repaired and running within half an hour, this is going to be turned into a little post-apocolypse truck complete with rear-mounted minigun and spot lamps...
Going to be thinning out my collection again soon as I've realised that I don't get any use from the road-cars, so going to get into this scale rock-crawler lark as it requires much less talent and breakages are less commonplace!

I like the sound of that. Going to be thinning out my collection again soon as I've realised that I don't get any use from the road-cars, so going to get into this scale rock-crawler lark as it requires much less talent and breakages are less commonplace!
I look forward to see your progress with it, I'm going to get a Crawler too...looking at the Axial SCX10 or the Tamiya Highlift Tundra
Once I decide what to go for I'll order something.

I've found the forums over at Scale 4x4 RC quite knowledgeable. I look forward to see your progress with it, I'm going to get a Crawler too...looking at the Axial SCX10 or the Tamiya Highlift Tundra

The Tundra is nice but I prefer the trucks, the F350 looks better. I think if you're after something which looks the part the Tamiya is better, but by all accounts the Axial is a better performer. I'd like both, of course!
Just scored a CC01 Pajero, but going to sell the bodyshell straight away as I have other plans for the chassis. It's going to be my other project, a 'Staff car' from the Jurassic park film, also complete with illumination etc!
I think I prefer the modelling side of it to actually driving them haha!

Well the last 2 weeks have seen the purchase of a m05 mini with pre finished body, a monte mini shell, black pumpkin and a sand scorcher. Was meant to be saving for an m05pro!
Also seen some pics of the new txt2 - something else to go on the need list
lol good stuff. I'm not even going to think about what I've splashed on RC in the last few weeks Also seen some pics of the new txt2 - something else to go on the need list

Yes, I did ad was told to reset the ESC, which you can't do according to the manual. It's 27mhz, but you'd expect better range than 5 meters! It does cut the power but obviously I'm still on it, back off but it's too late and bam. It was on the run up to the jump I'd just made too
It'll have to go to the manufactures now probably.
Ah not good. It'll have to go to the manufactures now probably.
Let us know how you get on.
Modelsport said to just send it back to them and they'll test and deal with the warranty replacement. They said they'll even change the broken chassis part (obviously if they find fault with the radio gear).
Car back with FOC updated radio gear and they've fixed the chassis. Not had a chance to use it though.
Top work and turn around by them.

I've bought most of my stuff through them.
The other lot I use have annoyed me this week, ordered a part that was showing "good stock" at the weekend, no sign of it by Thurs so contacted them to be told it was on "back order"....if it had said that on the online shop I'd have not placed the order, need the part ASAP.
oh well, I won't be using xxxx again.
So the good service you've had is great to hear as I'll be solely using Modelsport from now on.
I dug out my old Tamyia Clod Buster from my parents loft the over week. I originally bought it back in 1993, and unfortunately has been left in my parents loft since i moved out in '95. It's going to be a strip down restoration project over the Summer. Fortunately alot of parts are available and i think i'll add the electric speed controller that was released with the Super Clod Buster. Here's a few pictures.
