not so much a model as a miniature, but i finished it yesterday. The figure is roughly 28mm tall, so as you can proabably gather some of the detail is a bit small.

For those interested it's the Commissar Yarrick figure from the Games Worskhop line of miniatures.
ooh, nice work chap. clap

Dave.
'tis 1/5 scale - an Baja 5B SS by HPI. 26cc 2 stroke engine should create a few grins!
Yes.

My mate Dan has one of those with a few mods, including some sort of Hop-up on the engine and a tuned pipe. Mighty, mighty fast (and ferkin huge!!!).
Mind you, he also has about 8 other R/C both electric and nitro and currenty races a hopped up (within alowd regulation) Savage. He's even been in Max Bashing Magazine smile

I've had this one for a while, but I've only just got round to photographing it.

A home made jack skellington - very impressive. What materials was he made from?

As far as Im aware it was constructed from lengths of metal pinning (similar to pipecleaners), fimo, paper, Balsa and the odd pipe cleaner.

Hes hand is broken at the moment and he needs a bit of retouching around the face, but its on the to do list biggrin

Italeri 1/48 Spitfire FR.IX converted to a PR (photo reconnaissance) IX

For those of you unfamiliar with this variant, I know what you're thinking and yes - it is supposed to be that colour!

(and yes, I do need a better camera)

The cow has to be roasted first before it can be served to a web bowser.

I don't know much about these things but that looks another stunning effort. Is there a market for finished models like these?

Cheers for the compliments. My efforts are getting better but still well away from what pro modellers can come up with. There are some imperfections around the canopy, invasion stripes and side camera, but perhaps it never seems that good to me as I spent the last few days making it so can see the flaws?
