Hello Chaps I posted regarding my girlfriends Continental GT sometime ago regarding the car misting up.The Bentley main dealer local to us had the car in and decided it was blocked rear spoiler drains that where causing the damp to build up in the interior.£600 later and them removing all the boot trim and rear seat they said it was fixed.Right from soon after the car was returned my girlfriend was complaining to me that the problem was still there. She had lost all faith in the dealer as they mislead her on something unrelated to the damp problem. At the time of purchase the car had just received a new rear brake light under warranty.I have spoken with a local windsreen expert and he told me that Bentley now no longer remove the rear screen to replace the brake light. They are now told to peel the old one out and clip the new one into place and use sealant to seal up any holes. On very close inspection and jetwashing round the rear screen I found water absolutely pooring in and tracking through the interior trim.I belive this has been the problem all along. My question is where does she stand in regard to a warranty job carried out badly? Does the fact that she reported a problem to our main dealer who failed to find it help? Or are all Bentley main dealers incompetent? Or should she just bite the bullet and get someone credible to repair it?banghead
