Strange, I actually quite like Montgomerie - definitely prefer him to that t

Butch is not looking at you. He is peering into your soul....![](/inc/images/censored.gif)
I really don't see speech running away with it, that just doesn't happen at the masters. 4 rounds of perfect golf there does not exist.
Do like Bernhard Langer and he is doing well, wish I was as trim as that at his age. 33rd Masters in a row, so since I was 15 ... golly.
However that putter is still too long. I know it matches the rules now, but the rule should say "you can't have a long putter that looks dickless and has to look more like the putter you get when you play crazy golf at a British seaside resort "

justin spieth has been hitting it all over the place off the tee, in the rough and bouncing off the spectators stands. Still under for the round. pretty amazing.
Having slagged off Langers putter earlier I am cheering him on. Epic an old bloke is up there again like Watson.
Question is, can he still climb trees?

Hopefully Willet can get up there, his form has been good.
Snedeker, Day and Dustin all within reach and have the game to be aggressive round Augusta. Hopefully the conditions won't be as windy on Sunday so we can see some good attacking golf and more pressure put on Spieth by the earlier starters.

Would love to see Bernhard win it again!!
Rory - such a disappointment. Just mistake after mistake. Poor poor round of golf.
Absolutely rooting for Willett and Westwood as well, come on boys!!
The BBC chose not to mention the efforts of Langer, Willett or Westwood this morning on the Breakfast programme. They just concentrated on how far behind McIlroy was. I really don't mind who wins tbh as I've never been a fan of the Masters as find it too far contrived and up its own arse. Rory - such a disappointment. Just mistake after mistake. As good as Spieth is though, he is coming across as a bit of a pretentious t
t, especially when stuff does not go his way. Disappointing as he is supremely talented, but sometimes looks a bit "Kevin the teenager'.
Langer win would be amazing but I don't think he will quite get there. A 64 from Rory would be interesting, but I have put a fiver on Snedeker. It will be a good nights golf tonight.

A Langer win would be amazing, combined with 'Poults' not breaking 100....without doubt, the most irritating, self obsessed, attention seeking player ever to grace the professional game. His Twitter feed should be pinned in the Cringe thread.
Probably why he's based in the US these days. mattyn1 said:

Agreed 100%. Last year when he was wining things he appeared to be genuinely nice person, very down to earth etc. This week at Augusta, he has been acting like petulant child on numerous occasions. Disappointing to see!![](/inc/images/censored.gif)

Agreed - I'd love it to be Langer, but experience can only get you so far, and I simply can't see him not making a few crucial mistakes as his age catches up with him.I expect the only way Langer will win is if the weather conditions aren't great and he grinds out a result with some canny percentage golfing.
Not too sure I agree about Spieth coming across as being petulant. He is a sportsman at the very top of his game playing a course where he was dominant from start to finish last year. I'm sure his outlook is that he should be sitting about 6 shots ahead of the rest of the field by now but made some mistakes. Being a bit of a perfectionist is what makes him one of the very best. If Tiger finished with a bogey and a double I imagine the dummy would have been spat out in a much more emphatic fashion.
At the end of the day he is only 22, has come across as a very humble, level headed individual in every interview I've seen with him.

Also at the end when they present the green jacket as though it's the only thing in the world worth having.
