I booked my tickets to the final ages ago as it’s the first time in years that it doesn’t clash with school half term holiday and I resolved at the start of the season to go for a family day out at HQ irrespective of who made it to the final.

As a Saints fan I obviously can’t believe the way it’s panned out this season (particularly given recent years!) although I still wouldn’t bet against Saints fluffing their lines in the semi and not getting there!

The last time I went to a final was 2016 (I think) for Sarries / Exeter. Exeter’s first prem final and pretty much everyone there who wasn’t in a Sarries shirt was cheering for Chiefs! Whoever makes it to the final this year, if one of the teams is Sarries, I’ll be screaming for the other one…! biggrin

I suspect it adds to their motivation. Remember Cockerel winding up the ABs. rofl

I was at a stag in Toulon at the weekend and caught the game versus Lyon. It was a cracking match and the atmosphere was unlike the premiership (the girls at half time did feel a bit 70's though)

Given the average gate at the Stonex, it seems that even a lot of their own fans have them in person! rofl

Funny how times have changed, isn't it!

It wasn't all that many years ago that I had the joy of mediating between a very prime and proper Good Christian American marketing manager and a Greek reseller who simply couldn't understand her refusal to allow co-marketing funds to be used to pay for girls in bikinis on a trade fair stand! biggrin

He doesn't play for the AB.

Besides our London friends and neighbours should be thanking us for taking over the most hated team crown. You can thank us later or maybe they already have? We don’t call them HardlyWins for nothing biggrin
