75 MPH and lift off
Discussion
I have had the 95 S4 for 3 months now and I have noticed that at + 70MPH the steering is very light and sensitive. Slightest hand movement and the car moves around the road, there feels a lack of control yet at speeds below this it turns in and out beautifully leading me to think that the car is lifting at the front. Ala replys to spoiler thread.
This is my third Esprit the others being an SE and a previous S4 (95 again) and never had this type of movement at speeds. The car is standard body/suspension, though I fitted new front springs recently this steering issue was the same before and after, also the car has all the S4 spoilers as it left the factory so no mods to the body. I am unsure where to go from here as the car does feel stable at speeds so any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Many thanks for the advice, I had a close look at the front tyres yesterday and the nearside has began to wear very slightly on the inside edge. I have the car booked in for new front tyres and alignment and will see if this makes a difference.
Thank you again

OK Update time, tracking set, it was out, new tyres fitted and pressures set. Out last night and though I could not push it too much (Heavy rain) there was no precieved lift off and felt very positive and acurate with no drift or lightness.
Synopsis - definately tracking
Thank you for your help
Best regards
Hamish
