Anyone know where and how I can get can convert a 1982 Epirit to semi-auto such as Touch n Go ?

This will be moved the Esprit Forum I guess.

But regarding your question I think the only way is with a squential gearbox such as from Quaife, this starts around the 8k mark. Then you would have to add all the electronics and hydrolics to make a paddle shift version. I maybe wrong if so please correct me.

Check out the Lotus Esprit World Article page. They did something like that and called it the SID Esprit.

I have heard of a few people doing this but they have changed the whole drive train to do this when the original engine/tranny had been blown and did not want to rebuild it. They also were looking for more HP without the expenses of a turbo set up.
