Was a great morning.

I did have my Mercedes up for sale.
Sadly not much interest.

I was a bit dissapointed there were no Opels, there must be a Ascona 400 or Opel GT, or even a Manta A but no, unless they were tucked away somewhere.

The Porsches were nice but as usual the Car Park was just as interesting.

Cheers

No 928s as well?

M1 . . . would've been nice.

Not really supercar though . . . but they'd fit the day. IMO.

There was a Manta there at one point, although not sure it was allowed into the display area. No 928, Carrera GT, McLaren SLR, BMW M1, 959....

There was a Carrera GT up there, yellow one parked next to the Merc AMG DTM

But your right about being parked in the right area, my guess is if any Old school Opels turned up the marshal would direct to the public parking

There most certainly was

But yes i was tucked away at the back of the public car park but then i did get there about 9.30.

There was also a very nice maroon A series Manta SR with a vinyl roof, also parked in the public bit, but that left before i could take a photo.

I did wander round the Public car parks, just goes to show.........
Shame they wouldnt let you or the other Manta in the main bit.

Well done anyway, I have an HP Firenza but big fan of the Manta and Ascona 400 cars

Another great Breakfast club, with a great mix of old and new Americana. Turned up around 8.15am and there were only a few early risers. By 9am, the place was packed, with cars filling all lots. Notables were the GT 500 Mustang in pride of place, a couple of great conditioned GT350's, lots of 'Vettes, a beautiful Packard, Caddys, hot rods and a huge rig. Lovely to see lots of families as well there, with the only downside being it is the last event this year. Roll on 2007 Sundays!
