The question is....hot bad is it going to be?? I really don't fancy being stuck there as I need to be away pretty sharpish. Planning on a very early arrival but that doesn't really help if the exits turn to soup.
Didn't we have this problem some years ago??? Can't remember what it was like in reality.

Long while since I've been to FOS and I don't remember what tge parking was like. It should be dry tomorrow but I'm not optimistic about the parking to be honest.
Very similar to the parking at the circuit.... hopefully with some tracking laid in the high flow areas. KFos said:

Sorry if this isn't the right forum, but my ticket hasn't turned up. Does this mean having to queue up for collection on the day?
Probably- happened to me one year; phoned the ticket office in somewhat of a panic and was told that I’d opted for ticket collection when I’d originally ordered the tickets.Make sure you take your order confirmation.
Collection “hut” normally just before the ticket check.
If you’re a GRRC member and not on the FB site all updates are being posted there.
Dear all, I'm afraid conditions are muddy in the car parks. We have done our best to protect the ground, but the weather has been problematical. You may be absolutely fine, but if you have a car that is unlikely to cope well in muddy conditions, you may choose to use an alternative method of getting to the Circuit - either a taxi, or , if you are able to get to Chichester train station, there are continuous Stagecoach shuttle buses going to the Motor Circuit, from 7am until 11.30pm today, and from 7am until 8pm tomorrow.
If, however, you do drive and then find that you are having difficulty getting out of the car park, we do have plenty of 4 x 4s and tractors on hand to assist.
With best wishes, Sarah
Reports today are of car park A people being towed in to car park A is fine.

How's the Lavant Bank parking ?
Seemed ok when I walked through an hour ago. I say 'ok', everywhere is muddy, but the Lavant Bank was less muddy than the public car parks!Heard some marshals complaining they'd been given a complete bog to camp in over the weekend, the campsites seem to have it particularly bad.

A day of warmth seems to have salvaged the situation somewhat, the main routes through the car parks are absolutely fine as long as you can get to them (loads of 4x4s patrolling ready to help). A few iffy parking areas but most were ok this evening. The bottom end of C (near the road crossing) was the worst I saw, further back it was ok.

Car Park B (opposite the main entrance, access via New Road) was absolutely fine today. I left the circuit early PM so it may get cut up tonight when everyone leaves en masse but it was far better than all the dire predictions.
Second this. I was also in B and had no issues getting out. Just watch our for the agricultural presents dotted across the field when you get out.Great final two races of the day. My first MM and really enjoyed it.
Stunning weather from lunchtime on has sorted most issues and really firmed the fields up.
C where “Over The Road” normally and where the cancelled parking was going is wet, pools, etc but further back in the main parking is absolutely fine.
What is very obvious this yr is how busy it is, much more Revival busy than MM busy. I would say that numbers are now dbl what they were only 3 or 4 yrs ago. It’s a bit annoying, but nothing major.
The Gymnasium has gone which is a poor decision I feel and Lord alone knows what prompted to move the seating from the hard standing at Madgewick to the grass. Where everyone promptly sank.
Apart from that, biz as normal and the Edwardians and Touring cars delivered as standard. Except Jake Hill’s Capri. Which wasn’t standard. In any way!
