I was lucky enough to be part of the Stirling Moss 80th parade and the Mini 50th Anniversary parade too. Took hundreds of pics, but here are a few:
Great thing to be involved with. I presume that is you driving the DB3S? Afraid we were too busy checking out the passenger in the #8 DB3S to notice all of the cars in the parade!!Indeed.
Also, I wasn't driving the 3S, I was the passenger

Yikes...that's ugly!
Looks like a T70 and a GT40...were others involved and how bad was the damage?
See Phil's post here http://www.pistonheads.com/xforums/topic.asp?h=0&a...Looks like a T70 and a GT40...were others involved and how bad was the damage?
He has more pictures of the resulting damage on the cars involved but hasn't gone through them yet.
Posted this in the Photography forum, having just found this thread I though I'd copy it here!

Phew, finally finished sorting/uploading this years crop. Another great weekend, although the weather was dull for a good deal of it. Managed to get into the main paddock this time though, so took a fair few pics in there.
Kit used was 5D and Sigma 70-200 2.8 for most (first proper event for both body & lens), with backup from the old 30D for the wider and longer angle shots. That Sigma lens is heavy! And vignettes a lot on the 5D, which I don't really mind tbh.
The full set here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/motion-captured/sets/...
Also took a roll of 35mm b&w, and a roll of 120 on a late 50's plastic kodak so might post those when developed.

First lot from me. Straight from camera just crops out of interest.
Getting in a GT40 in period dress is possible. You can see me just before my much more undignified entry into the black car in the background.
Not easy for the drivers either it seems!
It's very hot and loud in there. Hats off the the Le Mans racers who did it for hours...
There were some nice planes. Ours.
Theirs
Dam, can't afford that.
Or that.
Even he can't afford that.
Great attention to detail. Check out the watch.
You are allowed to say WTF.

The dog in the basket was, for me, an absolute highlight. It was a shame he was placed so close to the music from the 50's stand as it drowned out a lot of what he was saying. If you missed it, he is a street comedian with the most terrific observations/witticisms/one-liners but dressed as a dog in a basket. His politics are slightly to the right of Ghengis Khan and no-one is saved from his comments. Terrific entertainment, his name is Peter Forrest and he's normally in Covent Garden.

Good to know who he is - I couldn't believe it when I first noticed him, I must look him up.If you missed it, he is a street comedian with the most terrific observations/witticisms/one-liners but dressed as a dog in a basket.
