If I didn't get sunburned on Friday, then I would of had over 2000 shots to go through. But for me, I must of took just over 1000 shots on Friday.

My friend has just texted me to say that this has had an 'off'. Both front and rear suspension damaged but everyone else ok.
Funny enough it happened directly in front of me today but I was about 6 back in the crowd line so missed the 'action' shots. Driver walked away with a limp and bruised ego!

Hi there,

Got back from the FOS around 5pm tonight after a quick detour to Mercedes World to have a sneeky look at the CLK GTR Roadster they have on display. licklick

Got about 2500 pics to work through so will post them in stages as I work through them.

Remembered taking this shot on Friday and had to pull it off the card tonight and post it as I love it.

Seems even the pros can get it slightly wrong !

Regards

Tim

Ghia bodied AC Cobra - stunning car, and from what I understand almost impossible to put a value on as only about 6 were ever built (although I am happy to be corrected by the PH massive)...

Here are a couple of sequences that I took during today's (Friday) action.

The Peter Brock Holden VH Commodore was running as the star of the Bathurst 50th year celebrations. It looked good too as it bellowed towards us snappers at the left hander to the hill.

Four seconds and several hay bales later, the Holden's run at Goodwood 2010 came to an abrupt end...

...and a bill for parts, panel and suspension repairs for its owner.

Better luck next year guys.
After many hours of hard work and assistance from a local garage, the Holden was back up and running up the hill again today. Fantastic work, truly in the spirit of the Festival.
Who was driving this?

This will make some of you Bugatti fans cry!

Unfortunately for me, this photo sums up the fact that the FoS has become a victim of its own success and no longer attracts true car fans.

Gompo, which Maserati? There was a GranTourismo S and a Gran Cabrio in the Super Car Run.

After a bit of research I think it's an A6GCS Berlinetta..
You think right. cloud9

Hi there,

No he didn't. He has a CLK DTM Coupe in Black.

I went to look at the CLK GTR Roadster, one of only 5 in the world.

Similar but entirely different, and stunning in the flesh.
